CELLANEOUS - INFORMATION CONCERNING Bill Floyd, who gave no residence address, but stated he was calling from Los Angeles, California, called at 3:49 a.m, to request FBI investigation of the California Equipment Company, E] Monte, California. It was most difficult to understand Floyd as he talked in-a whisper and cautioned several times against any loud talking on the phone. Floyd said he wanted the California Equipment Company investigated.
