GREEN MISCELLANEOUS - INFCR MATION CONC ERNING a ——— At 1:05 a.m, James MXacteen, College Park, Ton super called for the Director's ce was referred to or William E. Assmus, General Investigative Division. - Green, who sounded mentally unbalanced, prefaced his remarks by stating he was a disabled Marine veteran and felt he hada right to discuss his personal matters with any high Government official. He stated that he had no information concerning a violation within the jurisdiction of the FBI but advised he wanted advice as to how he could be reconciled with his estranged wife. It was explained to Mr. Green that the Bureau could not offer any such advice and he was referred to an attorney of his choice. Green indicated he understood the Bureau's position and appreciated the opportunity to discuss his problem. Bureau indites indicate Green may be identical with an individual of the same name who, on Ll-11-53 endeavored to see the Director to report that he had been unauccesaful in trying to talk to the President of the United States. He indicated that he felt as an American citizen it was within his Constitutional rights to be able to personally converse with the Head of the Government. He also wanted FBI assistance in helping him solve the current world problems.
