Fisher, Duty Supervisor, Special Investigative Division, received an anonymous telephone call concerning captioned individual, The anonymous caller stated there is a young white woman who works for the FBI residing in an all-Negro neighborhood at 417 10th Street, N.E,, Washington, D. C. This caller stated she only knew the FBI employee as "B,J." She alleged "B,J," is taking drugs or something and should be checked out. Although 2 employees live on 10th Street, neither one is in the area of the 400 block nor does either reside in the Northeast section.
