Said he resides at N. E., Washington, D. C.,
which he described as a halfway ho , telephonically contacted

He was Dor Iowa Falls, Iowa.
WD advised that about three years ago, while
stationed In indianapolis, Indiana, in the Army, he became involved
in gambling and incurred gambling debts in the amount of $86,000,
which he has never paid. He said he had furnished the Indianapolis
Office of the FBI information about gambling matters in 1967.
