The captioned person who would not furnish his address
telephonically contacted the Bureau at 10:55 a.m. 1/3/70
advising the Bureau operator that he desired to speak to the
FBI on a matter relating to "national security."

Menzel that a commercial aircraft would leave Oklahoma City

this plane would carry explosives for the purpose of immobilizing
parts of the District of Columbia. He added he wa

Police Department concerning this matter.
