CONCERNING
On 8-16-70, at approximately 12:00 Noon, captioned individual
telephoned Extra-Duty Supervisor, General Investigative Division, and
' haltingly asked for someone to come out to 2345 Lancastership or Blakenship
{ Road, Houston, Texas. Ward spoke as though he were extremely retarded
or in deep shock. He offered no response when told he should contact FBI
Houston should he have any information of interest to the FBI.
Security Patrol Clerk Armand, Houston Division, was
telephonically contacted and advised of the above. Armand replied
subject is apparently identical with individual who contacted FBI Houston
Friday evening, 8-14-70, complaining his brother would not release him
from a nursing home. Ward reportedly was 68 years old and in poor \
physical-mental condition. Ward was advised at the time that this was - awe
