INFORMATION CONCERNING
This is to record that captioned telephoned the Bureau on
10/13/70 and talked to SA Leon M. Gaskill. He was agitated, somewhat
incoherent, and complained that the Secret Service had refused to take his
complaint concerning a counterfeit matter and that no one would ever listen
to him. He stated that he had some one dollar bills which were counterfeit,
although he could not explain why he thought they were counterfeit. He
stated that he had tried to complain to the Narcotics Bureau about a matter
bic-! in the past but nf refused to listen to him also. When our jurisdiction was
explained to him esponded by stating that women were being taken
across state lines and were being droyged. When pressed, he could give
no additional details. It appears that gba s a mental problem.
During the conversation, indicated he was born on

Company and 14 years as a drug clerk for People's Drug Store.
