He was informed that the Bureau has no jurisdiction in such matters and that since he cannot afford legal counsel, he shouid visit the local office of the Legal Aid Society. He terminated the call stating he would personally visit Bureau Headquarters and attempt to see Mr. Hoover and seek his assistance in this matter.
