Morris, Jr., received_a telephone — om captioned individual who resides at elt yn ~/ Biloxi, Mississippi. He seemed to be menta ° unbalanced. He said he had a secret report stolen from his footlocker which is critical in time of war and that he had been instructed by President Nixon to call the FBI at "Pennsylvania and 13th Street” if he had any trouble. He blames "Naval Intelligence" for the theft and said i Naval Intelligence had devices all over his house "for — transmitting.” It was suggested he call our Jackson Office if he had information he believed to be of interest to the FBI. He gaid he couldn't because the President told him to call Washington. He was told his call would be made a matter of record. No reference in Bureau or Jackson Office indices. ACTION: bpt-! None.
