Monahan, Jr. He advised he is a veteran of World War II and was a patient at a hospital in Pamona, California, during December \19 5, and January, 1946, for a nervous breakdown while a member of the U. S. Navy. He further advised he is now trying to get a pension as a result of his naval service and disablement and had been trying to get his records without success. He wanted the FBI to help him find out if there is a hospital at Pamona, if he was a patient there during the war and to secure his records for him and protect his rights.
