whom he claimed was using marijuana. tated he had
contacted the local police in Illinois bu ad received no
satisfaction from them. He also contacted our Chicago Field
Office and stated he was treated courteously but was told that
narcotics violations were under the jurisdiction of the Bureau
of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.
