Mr. Quinn informed Mr. Hoover of the following invitations con-
cerning which Mr. Hoover made the following comments: -

that Mr. Clegg be assigned to this. Upon being advised that Mr. Lester
would not be in town on the date in question Mr. Hoover approved having
Kr. Clegg make this address. -
From constable of Bloomington, Illinois who writes that he under-
J stands ¢he Director is to make a speaking tour and invites Director to
address Kirenis Club of Bloomington” Advise him that his information is
incorrect and decline. Mr. Guinn stated that Mr. Newman had been offered.
Mr. Hoover approved this.
