With reference to the telephone sonversation detween you

eourtesy be granted at Kiemi, Florida, upon the return to the Tulited
States on February 22nd, 1936, or a few days later, to the following:

¥r. Clyde Tolaon,
Assistant Director, Federel Bureau of
Investigation,
U. S. Department of Justien.
wr. Guy Hottel,

U. S. Department of Justice.
The above mentioned persons, according to their present
itinergry will leave Bishington, D. C. for Miami, Floride, Fevruary
14th, 1936, and will then visit Nassau, Bahama Islands; Havane, Cuba
end Puerto Hioo; then returning to Havans, Cube and thence to Niazt,
Florida, all travel to be made by sercoplans.
The trip above referred to is to be made both for business
ani to an extent for pleasure, and it will be highly appreciated if you
ean eonfidentialiy arrange with the officials at Mieni, Florida to
extent to then the freedom of the port. When making these arrengenents
with your representatives at Viemi, Florida, may I sugrest thet thay
be requested not to make known ¢o the press, or anyone elee the antici-
