of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who, by his untiring
devotion to duty and with the assistance of the officers and
employees of such Bureau, apprehended ‘and took into custody
S numerous enemy agents, saboteurs, and fifth columnists dur-

ing the month of June 1942, thereby affording great pro-
10 tection to his country and its citizeus and effecting a tellmg
11 blow in the prosecution of the war.
