Paywent will be made for death by self-destruction after the Agent has been a member of the fund for tao years, It ig underetood and agreed that the sum tendered herewith is a voluntary, gretuitons contribution to said fund, which I understand te to be adwinistered in the follaring manners The Director of the Bureau will appoint a committee which shall consider all matters per- taining to the acquisition, safe keeping and expending of said fimd, which committees will recommend appropriate action to the Director of the Bureau in pertinent astters. The Chief Clerk of said Bureau shall receive all contributiona and account for sams to the Director, Upon the asath of any Special Agent, the appointed comuittes will consider the ease and submit a recommendation to the Director as to its conclusions.
