FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS AND THINGS UNDER RULE 34
The plaintiff has filed herein a Motion For Production Of
Documents And Things Under Rule 34, in lieu of a “Request®
because the plaintiff heretofore gave Notice to take the deposi-
tion of John P. Mohr, defendant herein, and in said "Notice" the
defendant was requested to bring with him for the purpose of his
deposition certain documents and items which the defendant failed
to produce. . -
The plaintiff now seeks to use the Motion procedure to save
time and further delay.
