Tolson, the sole heir-at-law and next-of-kin of the’ decedent, filed a petition for a caveat alleging that said testa- mentary papers are not the last will and testament of said dece- dent because of various matters charged in said petition for caveat, and the Petitioner intends to file within the time per- mitted by lawinn answer to said caveat denying such allecations thereof. 2.
