I informed Mr. Cahill of the aboy. that it was your Suggestion. At that time Ur. Cah! i that he did not feel tmt any purpose would be served bys either of the individuals before the Crand Jury for the reas that they would undoubtedly refuse to disclose their sources of information and for the further reason that he felt that it woul interfere with the present relationship existing with the repre- sentatives of the press.
