GISCHRIST subsequently contacted the NYO.
He advised that he understood articles were to be
published “the first wek of Noventent 1957. He
believed that INS desired to publish the articles before
or at the time of the appearance of MORROS' articles
to appear in “eek” magazine about November 12, 1957.
GIICHERIST stated that in the ,articles the
references to NORROS were “only factu#l” and there was
no recrimination on the part of SOBLE against HORROS.
GITICHRIST said he did not know who was to be
listed as author of the articles, but understood that
the byline would include beth LOTTO's and SOBIE's names.
GIICHRIST stated that he had made some brief
notes as to matters he was not certain were accurate
and listed these as:
