League of Nations. It hme received constantly growing sunport
from those who see more hope in en assembly of the worla's youth
than in an assembly of politicians.
The public discussions of the Assembly have {ncelujed Far
Eastern ouestione, Near Eastern questions, the Egyptian problem,
reparations, and reduction of armaments. The Assembly has sent
suggestions to the Ieague of Nations which beve been influential
in its deliberations. Steps are being taken to form similar
anternational assemblies in other cosmopolitan universi ties, which
by affiliation shoukid be able to organize @ strong body of student
opinion throughout the world. When these men and women come to
deal with mestions of international import in officiel 1 positions,
4t is believed that their point of view will te one of increased
tolerance and understand ing and their effort be towerd inte>-
