WICKES Apartments and does not know if TIMOTHY HOBSON was ever treated
by local Chewtertewn doctors. In her opinion, if he had been treated,
. a DR, FRANK HINMS of Chestertows would very Likely have given this
treatment. MHS, WICKES added that the HI35' remained very much to then

but advised that he has never treated tuis boy and had not treated anyone
