On the afternoon of June 21, a telephone call was re-
ceived from ASAG BELMONT of the New York Office. This call was
transferred to the writer who in turn spoke to Mr. BELMONT, SAAG
I.JeDONEGAN. and SA. JOS. KELLY of the New York office.

Mr. DONEGAN requested that contacted and re-
quested to come to New York on Wednesday and thi s NAYLOR
and the writer, both of whom have separately in stviewed| ~ Lereviousty
also come to New York at the same time. Mr DONEGAN specifica asted
that he be advised by phone of the results of the contact we
was thereupon contacted by the writer and declined
to return to New York on the basis of illness. This information was
first made available to Mr who advised that we should make no

Mr. DONEGAN was then so advised of attitude and
the writer was turned over to Mre THOMAS MURPHY, AUSA, SDNY, who is handling
