NEW YORK THIS CASE ORIGINATED AT FILE NO, REPORT MADE AT DATE WHEN PERIOD FOR WHICH MADE REPORT MADE SY PHILADELPHIA cm 2/29/52 RICHARD H, GRABHAM (ras) CHARACTER OF CASE PERJURY ESPIONAGE - R SYNOPSIS OF FACTS: LULU RICHARDSON, Chambersburg, Pa., advised she resided at 903 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Md., from 11/33 to’ 6/34 with girlfriend, MRS. RAB MOBREY WARNER. No other permanent occupants resided at this address during this period with exception of housekéeper, whose name not recalled by RICHARDSON. RICHARDSON advised she is not personally acquainted with GUAMBERS or HISS, and has not seen them. She observed J%ghts burning in St. Paul Street Anartment after she moved, indicating to her that apartment was occuvied. i DETAILS: ss Gnanpersnor, u MISS LULU RICEARDSON, Instructor, Penn Hall School for Girls, advised that she had resided in the third floor apartment at 903 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Md.,-from November 1933 to June 1934. MISS RICHARDSON stated that this apartment had been leased by the husband of MRS. RAE MOBREY WARNER, a friend of hers. She moved into the apartment with MRS. WARNER in November of 1933 when the latter instituted divorce proceedings against her husband, HE. LAUMAN WARNER. MISS RICHARDSON re~ called the exact dates that she and MRS. WARNER had resided at this address by trac ing her whereabouts since that time. She stated -that in June of 1934 MRS. WARNER and she vacated the apartment, and MISS RICHARDSON moved to an apartment at 2618 North Charles Street, Baltinore, Md., where she recided until the fall of 19348.
