ALBART S. OSBORN, document examiner, stated TYTELL known as typewriter engineer but is not qualified document examiner. OSBORN stated TYTHLL and HISS attorneys attempted to hire him as document examiner in connection with re- constructed typewriter, but he refused to work for them. 4A2TTi ARANSTH TYTELL, well-known | typewriter repair man and engineer, has good reputation in connection with changing of key- boards on typewriters to various foreign languages. uxemination of records Oxford University Press reflects HISS attomeys have been examining file re CHAMBERS! translation of the "Founder of the Red Cross", since march, 1951.
