Records of the "nited States Penitentisry, Lewisburg, Pa., reflect that EPRAIM LISHANSKY was received at the USP, Lewisburg, Pa., from USP, Terre Haute, Ind., on 12/1/51, and will be eligible for varole on 2/13/Sh. He will be eligible for conditional release on 5/6/57, and his full-time sentence will expire on 6/13/59, On 8/13/51, a detainer was lodged against LISHANSKY by the Detroit Police Denertment. A recent letter in the file indicated that LISHANSKY may not be considered favorably by the Percele Board in view of the detainer against him. These records further reflected that LISHANSKY is presently working as & store room clerk, having recently been removed as an attendant at the hosnital, since he was described es a "wheel," that is, he was assuming too much authority.
