— The following account of my activities in connection with

In my capacity as

House to retain the reports where the President has named a person
to an official position.

intention of recontacting Mr. Watson with these to resolve the matter
of clearance, As he always received relevant summaries before, he
thought it strange the White House was making an exception in the
