Nease Mias Bea 4 PP i At the above time, Mr. O'Donnell of the Criminal Division 7 a of the Department personally delivered the attached memcrandum date August 17, 1 to wy office, where he talked with Super visor and in my absence. The memorandum delivered by Mr. was in response to Bureau memorandum dated August 6, 1943, in the above en- titled er which sferre muaber of dis crepancies in the exhibits ; a RR which had been forwarded p3 ht, USe. &elZ> The Bureau memorandum to Mr. Berge dated August 6, 1943, pointed out that installment 4 actually included only Exhibits 30 to 43, inclusiw, together with other material that was not marked, whereas the Department had advised that tha 4th installment included Exhibits 30 to 58, inclusive. The Bureau memorandum also stated that Exhibits 11, 12 and 15 were either missing or had not been marked as such. Mr. O'Donnell advised he desired to make sure that the memorandums which he delivered identified all exhibits which had apparently been missing in the 4th installment, MEMORANDUM FOR WR. to the Bureau. checked the exhibits with Kr. C'Donmeli and it ! was found that Exhib © 58, inclusive, had actually been transmitted to the Bureau, although they were not numbered as such. Mr. O'Donnell advised that Exhibit 48 is an Analysis of the Records of Local ¢ gressive Mines of America, disclosing the membership of that Local from June, 1939, to June, 1941, instead of November, 1939, to June, 1%1, as the Department had advised. Mr. O'Donnell advised that Exhibit 13 consisted only of one agit numbered 8, He advised this appeared to be a page number but actually was not and made the exhibit appear incomplete. ick: Fu g , It was pointed out to Kr.
