JAWES, Secretary Treasurer, Tistriet 12 (State of Tilinois), and CARL H. ELSHCFF, owner of the¥égine "2" Coal Company, a coal mine in Springfield, Tilinois, conspired during thé years 2937 to 1941 in violation of Section 51, Title 18, U.S.C. to injure and oppress ELSHUFF's employees in the free exercise of the right secured to them by the National Labor Relations Act.
