This report is being submitted in order to make available for immediate perusal the statements of persons interviewed durinre the course of this investigation. However, for the sake of coherence, certain investigative steps which have resulted in the obtaining of incosplete {nformation will not be reported until the information can be get forth in complete form. No avtempt is being made in ‘this report to summarize the results of the investigation which has thus far been conducted. It is noted that a memorandum for the Attorney General dated July 24, 1943 eontains a statement that it will be essen- tial to have interviens with a great number of the individual miners who worked aty“ine "FB" during the course of the alleged conspiracy.
