no part in the formation of P.M.A. at Mine B.
"Prior to May 1937 I don't remember any strikes at Mine B. To
my knowledre there was no activity by U.M.W. organizors. I don't remember
any expressions of favoritism by the management for U.H.¥,
"I was always satisfied with P.M.A. and I thought that the officiais
were fair and square with the members. JI wont to the P.M.A. meetings
occasionally, and I was not fined for the meetings that I missed. I don't
renenber many extra assessments by the P.H.A.
“Prior to the strike of 1937 I don't remember any picketing by
U.M.W. men. But I heard from the miners +) the following men were
agitating in Mine B.for U.M.1.: Joe (Sam}“Albanese, Andraw_Schrelevi ous:
Dominic Pasquale, Frank Austin, Tony Plotch, Cotton Ananias, John Sirtout,
Georpe and Emory Jacaway, dnd Charles Bohannon. I also heard that those
men were going on parties with the manafement of Mine B, but I can't remenb<.
