I did not know any of the men who werc in troulbe with the union exepet one who is dead now, Ho had not said anything to me about changing unions, "I did not know anything about the formation of the IL local during the summer of 1937, nor about a@ contract with the UMW by the Mine B coal Company. JI was not at the mino on the day in Septenber when they tried to open, and when the sit duwm started.
