I did not see any men givirg out literature on wey to Armory. we were not told at meeting of F.u.4. as to how we should vote. "I did not go out to Nine B when they re-opened it egain. In Jan, 1939, 2nd of month, I got a job at Barr Mine & worked there 3 yrs. & 3 months. In 1938 and 1959 I don't recall of anything unusual happening. I don't Imow why Blshoff would not sign a contract with P.u.d. In fall of 1939 I got a registered letter from Mine B & I went back to ses how I stood & Feleetti said when my turn came he would send me a letter & in a month or so I got a letter to come cut but I never went cut as I felt I didn't want to work under UU... & I still am a Progressive. J never have been back to Mine B since. I have had & oe this 6 page statement to me and it is true and correct to the best of my recollection & I have Signed it of my cwm frees will.
