on top about 2 pm by the PMA Board Member. No orders were given to load
coal short, the men just did that by themsolves,.

strike and signing a slip showing that I wanted PMA os my bargaining agent.

I participated in both for most of the time that they went on. I was at
the mine when we were put off by the injunction. I didn't like it and
figured that we were whipped then.
"Soon after the set down strike I voted in the NLRB clection which
the Progressives won 404-25, This eloction wos fair and square. I recall
& pamplet being passed out but don't recall what it said or who passed it out.
"I have no knowledge of anyone trying to reopen the mino either
before or after the NLRB election.
“During the period wo were out on strike I worked on WPA ond was
working there when I got a lettcr to come back to Mine B. The letter oe us
10 days to go back to work or lese our jobs, ‘
