International union (AF.L.) on
charges of conspiring to injure em-
'|ployes of the companies in the ex-
ercise of rights guaranteed them

spired to threaten with discharge

partial payment of arrearages In
union dues from those who re-

presence of F.B.I. agents in Spring-
field was the cauhe for Lewis’ re-
cent automobile trip to that min-
ing area. The trip ls under O.P.A.
investigation to determine whether
he violated the gasoline rationing
