You are advised that on many occasions during the past few months I have been threatened and intinidated, and that I am convinced that my life is in danger if I return to work. IJ am certain that the company «111 appreciate the fact that these threats that have been nade are not idle gestures, because many of the other employees have teen assaulted and beaten une mercifully. I have been employed at Mine B Coal Company for many years. I want my Job there, and if it were not for this intimidation, I would be working today. It seems that at the present time, neither the Company nor the law en- forcing officials can rive an employee protection.
