The Comittee reports that Falcetti, Mine Superintene dent, told Laneky to stay away from the mine property as he was mot an employee of the mine. Hesklebeck then teld Faloetti that Lansky would not leave the mine property as long as he, Hecklebeok, - was there, end that No Progressive Miners would work at thet mine after the 16th. Lansky continued to stay on the mine property and has been in and around the mine property and wash house prectically every day since.
