As this was occuring the Def, had a knife in his hand which the victims felt was intended for them. The Def. also had threatened to’ puncture the tires on the vehicle which was parked in the driveway. The Def. also made a statement directed tol faying "if I don't get you now I'll get you when-you come out of work".
