The next day, I called the West Virginia State police (military affairs). As soon as I heard them answer the phone that way, I smelled a rat. I told the state police officer that it would be worth checking into to see if it wasn’t Murtha and a couple of his military buddies that may have stolen the stuff. The next day, the FBI reported that they were no longer looking for it. They felt that somebody mistakenly stole it for fertilizer. A red flag went up. The FBI doesn’t stop looking for 25 times the explosive that Timothy McVeigh used in Oklahoma City. 1 had known that my attorney had traveled to Italy during my federal hearing. I began to suspect that the feds believed Murtha was responsible for knocking down the aerial tram in Italy. Soon two embassies in South Aftica were bombed. A few days later, it was reported that the explosive was ammonium nitrate. For days, that was reported. A few days later, I learned through a story in the Tribune Democrat, that Congressman Murtha was going to Egypt. While Congressman Murtha was in Egypt, some “intelligence” came into the embassy in Egypt that Osama Binladen was the terrorist that bombed the embassies. I thought “how did he get ammonium nitrate.” He would use TNT. I believe Congressman Murtha was at the embassy when the false “intelligence” came in concerning Binladen. I believe Murtha passed the intelligence along to President Clinton, who was all to willing to “wag the dog.” As soon as Clinton bombed Sudan and Afghanistan, FBI director Louis Freeeh left Africa. Murtha was on a plane back to the U.S. while the attack was going on. The next day, the FBI said “it wasn’t ammonium nitrate, it was TNT.” I went over this theory with certain federal law enforcement officials. They confirmed my theory is correct. They said if I tell anybody, no one would believe me. They’d say I was crazy. The question begs “why Africa?” I believe Murtha put some of the 25 tons of ammonium nitrate on a C-130 military transport plane and used American military persons to bomb the embassies. Africa has 18 of the 20 most strategic minerals on the earth. America needs those minerals. They’ re crucial. He knows that. He was going to be arrested for murdering Clinton Mickens and knocking down the aerial tram in Italy. His only way out was to bomb the embassies in Africa. Suck the President in with false intelligence, blame the Muslims. Now, if the truth comes out, American embassies would become targets of Muslim terrorists. We would be kicked out of Africa, They hate us, already. We would lose the minerals. Clinton would look like a fool. Every American politician would lose their job. I have been told by certain federal law enforcement officials that the politicians want to have me murdered and sweep everything under the rug. The justice department is against it. Murtha is a murderer. He killed thousands of Africans, 12 Americans in Africa, skiers in Italy. He used the Marine Corp to do it. He disgraced the Marine Corp. He now holds the criminal justice system hostage. The local media knows all this. Murtha still has 20 tons of the ammonium nitrate left. With only 3 tons, he could blow both TV stations and our local newspaper off the map. He needs to be stopped. If he is re-elected on Tuesday, he can retain the power of his position. He can hide behind his power. If I am murdered, justice will be perverted. Who knows who else will die. He needs to be exposed. The tough question is “what to do?” In September, I went a meeting of the Johnstown City Counsel. It was televised. I pointed at the camera and accused Congressman Murtha and John Hugya of murder. I was on house arrest. 1 had to jump hurdles to get permission to go down there. Everyone knew what I was going to say, the media, FBI, CIA, Federal Judge, City Counsel, and Murtha. Yet I was allowed to do that. 1 was going to go to the next meeting two weeks later, but it created an uproar. The media was scared of a shootout between Murtha’s thugs, the feds, the cops, and counselmen. Everybody went packing a pistol. I decided not to go because I’m not allowed to have a pistol. Murtha can’t be allowed to be re-elected; to retain his power. The situation must be handled carefully. If the story comes out, and anybody says anything angrily, anything anti-government or anti-American, Murtha has those 20 tons of explosives and will use them. Anybody that says anything anti-government or anti-American will be blamed. I’ve been told by Federal law enforcement officials that Congress and the Senate would prefer that I be murdered. I believe that the justice department doesn’t want this to happen. The Johnstown police are currently receiving psychological help. How can they arrest anyone when they have murderers among their own ranks. 1 can do nothing else. I’ve been convicted in state and federal court. Yet I’m not in jail. I’m not in the nut house. That fact alone should convince you that I'm for real. I don’t what else to say. I believe many people in the media and the government would like to arrest
