MURTHA. I Itook the agents to the third floor of the library and used his library card to access the int~rnet through the library's computer terminal labeled GJSD 1.L Irequested said computer and told the agents that it was his f vor~te one. b6 Utilizing Cambria County Microsoft Explorer, accessed theb7C internet N Hotmail account. entered his e-mail address: hotmail.com and his password and accessed his e- mail. was asked if he had accessed his e-mail between the time he was interviewed on 05/12/2004 and the present and stated that he had. I Ie-mail account showed that there were 18 messages; 50 ]unkmail; and 0 sent me~sages. I Istated that he did not know why his sent messages showed zero because he sent the MURTHA e-mail to a number of people, including the people he already told the FBI about, but for some reason they are not in his sent messages folder.
