July 1, 1963, which sets forth information concerning the case entitled “Harry Alan Towers, White Slave Traffic Act," involving Maria Novotny. Towers and Novotny are British, The “New York Journal American" newspaper has printed several articles since June 22, 1963, wherein it has attempted to sensationalize the Yowers case by attempting to establish a relationship with that case and the Keeler «- Profumo case. The newspaper has inferred that Towers operated an international vice ring which involved United Nations officials in the United States who may have furnished security information to Towers’ call girls. The newspaper has alse attempted te link the two cases because i¢ claims that Christine Keeler had associated with call girls involved is the Towers case.
