“yacketeer and gangster, and was formerly a minor figure in the Capone Gang.
.s , DeLucia has on various occasions been reported as an associate of such in-
" dividuals as Louis Romano, formerly head of the Bartenders’ Union and front
' wan for the Capone Gangs Lawrence Imburgio, gambling operator and Capone Gang
menber; Charles Albert Spizzeri, deceased, formerly a member. of the Capone Gang;
Robert Larry McCullough, a trigger man for the Capone Gang, and David Willian
‘Russell, gambler and racketeer and reported close associate of the Capone Gang.

: DeLucia wnder the alias Paul Ricca, together with Murray Rumphreys ,
Louis Romano, Frank Nitti, Thomas Panton, Frederick Evans and Lows Campagna,
was indicted by the Coak County, Dllinois, Grand Jury on October 18, 1940,
on a conspiracy charge. The indictment grew cut of the alleced "taking over"
of the Bartenders! Union by these individuals. DeLucia, however, was found
not guilty. —

Anthony Joseph Accardo, a well known Chicago hoodlum, was contacted by “ancy
DeLucia, the wife of Paul DeLucia, who was then serving a term in a Federal

maintained in connection with the Capga investigation)
DeLucia's criminal record as contained in the FBI Identification
Division under FBI #832514 reflects the receipt of fingerprint cards only in
connection with his arrest for the Anti-Hacketeering violation, the details
