In his absence MR.: LYONS: teea referred ROBINSON to Captain A. H. CONNER, Assistant Commissioner, Federal - ; ° Prison Industries. MR. ROBINSON advised that he was graciously received by: CONNER, who said, however, that he would be unable to assist him in his | mission, but that ROBINSON vould definitely have to see BENNETT to effect his” Purpose. After this MR. ROBINSON let the matter rest for approximately one year, when he received a personal call from SAM SHAPIRO, who MR.
