In connection with the proposed sale of this real estate, KGRSHAK visited GIO at the Leavenworth Penitentiary, leavenvorth, Kansas, on several occasions, KCRSHAY, at first, was opposed to the sale of this property, however, after talking with GICE and nis wifes and discussing the matter, it was decided that GIOE would in all probability be rs * ‘ .
