With respect to the pending parole of D'ANDREA, Mre FISHER stated that hie office’, ad et

Mr. FISHER stated that the letters he received direct, as well as the copies of f2 :
the letters, were all dated August 8, 1947, and were all received by his office «*”
August 11, 1947. He stated that this was the first indication that his office” ay a
had with respect to the pending paroles of the subjects. Each of the four letters” io
stated that the parole was to be effective August 13, 19,7.
Mr. FISHER stated that on the morning of August 12, 19h7, he received a telephoné
call from Mr. D. L. YEAGLEY at Leavenworth, at which time Mr. YEAGLBY advised -
FISHER to expedite the investigation of the parole plans, wire him that date: ‘y
concerning the results of the invastigation, and to follow the wire by a written |
report on August 13, 1947. Mr. FISHER stated that this call from YEAGLEY, mee
