Atlanta Penitentiary on April hh, 1944. He was transferred te Terre Haute
Penitentiary, Tndiena, October 7, 106, had his parole hoarins on July hi,
19:7, ond was released from Terre Haute Penitentiary on parole August 13,
107.
ROSELLI advired that while he was inenreernted In tha Atlante
Pornitentiary, one of his duties permitted him te see the transfer Tict and
that he observed that the othar individuals who were inenrcarnted in Atlenta
with him on the same charge were trensferred to Leevemworth Penitentiary, -
He stated that he knew nothing about this trensfer until ho obrervad their
names on the transfer list. He further advised that sinca the time that
these indivicuels left Atlenta he has not heard fren or ceer ray of there
perscers.

he heard nothing mere oencerninge this matter. However, some cinhteen
months later in Necerber, 191.5, efter he had been transferred to Terre
Haute, he rescived a letter at the Penitentiary requesting peruissicn for
one PAUL .BTLLCH, ‘an attorney, to see him, He rave pernmisricn for PITTON's
visit snd DIFLON did visit him at the Penitentiary in Denerter,
ROS-LLI atated that dvring the interview - guard was pracerh ot
all times stending within three feet of both NITLOW ard hirself ond that.

froud violaticn. ROSELLI positively states thet no mention wes mado by
eithor DILLON or himself of the possibility of ROSFTLT's porole or the
