GRAZIANO stated that he has not seen D'ANDREA at all since at least six
months prior to D'ANDREA's conviction. He denied that since the furnishing
of the funis for the bail bond he has ever been approached for any loan
or contribution on behalf of any of the subjects to apply on income tax
Claims or otherwise. GRAZIANO also made a general denial that he has any
knowledge other than what he has read in the newspapers of any possible
