FUSCO j . stated that he did not post any money for bond for RICGA or any of the "s defendants, but that he did solicit funds from CHARLES LaMANTIA, PHILIP { LaWANTA, RUDOLPH SWANSON and FRANK ARRIGO, all of whom are connected with the Laventia-Arrigo Company, which is engaged in the produce business. He stated that he was unable to tell the exact amount that each contributed because it was his recollection that thay brought the money directly to the bonding company, but that he believes the total amount posted by all of the. f individuals that he solicited was $50,000.90.
