LA 92-113 3! — On 5/25/56 ROSSELLI was i oO alone for approximately one half hour by SA He was advised in general of the facts known to the FBI concerning his true identity. He was informed that the FBI had learned this through painstaking thorough discreet investigation involving the search of numerous records; that the Bureau's next step would normally te an open investigation into the past under the name FYLIPPO SACCO; that the use of a Federal Grand Jury would te considered in such an investigation; that the FBI knows he is a member of an Italian association and has associated with numerous persons throughout the United States who are members of this organization; that the FBI knows that he is knowledgable of facts concerning many phases of gambling activities in Las Vegas, Nevada; that the Bureau is interested in receiving the type of information that ROSSELLI has; and his cooperation was solicited. During this interview ROSSELLI refused to answer any questions whatsoever, At the close of the interview he made no comment except to request that the interviewing Agent repeat the atove statements in the presence of his attorney. This was not done, and ROSSELLI was requested to think this matter over. He was advised of a meeting place and was requested to be there on 5/27/65 if he desired to cooperate. -I- COVER PAGE
