NISSEN ovi.sed that ere is a possibility of a Federal violation if it can be shown that any of the proceeds of the gin rurrvy game were transported in interstate conmerce. In this rerard, he stated that he will issue subpoenezes calling for the appearence of the above named individuals before the Federal Grand Jury, Los Angeles, California, on July 28, 1967. On July 13, 1957, Assistant U.S. Attorney DAVID R.
