District Court, Los Angeles, before U. S. District Judge WILLIAM P. GRAY, arguments were heard to dismiss all for February 3, 1969. On February 3, 1969, Judge GRAY sentenced the above named defendants for violation or conspiracy to violate the Interstate Transportation in Aid of Racketeering  Gambling statute and for violation of the Interstate Transportation in Aid of Racketeering - Gambling statute, Title 18, U. S. Code, Section 371 and 1952 as a result of their conviction by a Jury on December 2, 1968. JOHN nosmn, who was found guilty or six counts, was sentenced for sentences until the fines were paid.
